The Village at Stratton in Vermont, The Village at Snowshoe in West Virginia, and The Village at Copper Mountain in Colorado have been acquired from a private seller, elevating our portfolio to include this exciting new category of retail.

The Village at Stratton, located in Stratton, Vermont, stands as the tallest ski mountain in Southern Vermont. Easily accessible from major cities such as New York City, Boston, Albany, and Hartford, Stratton has become a magnet for affluent visitors and second homeowners year-round. The 47,837 square foot retail village, with 20 primarily long-term tenants, is 100% leased, enhancing its appeal as a premier destination.

Nestled at the center of Snowshoe Mountain Resort in West Virginia, The Village at Snowshoe encompasses 37,780 square feet of boutique retail, restaurant, and service space. The first-floor retail condominiums are 100% leased to 15 primarily long-term tenants, providing essential amenities to the resort and enhancing the overall experience for visitors.

In Frisco, Colorado, The Village at Copper Mountain is strategically located at the base of Copper Mountain ski resort, covering 101,506 square feet of prime storefronts, restaurants, breweries, and office space. With over 5 million visitors annually, the Village benefits from traffic from multiple communities, including Leadville, Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Vail, solidifying its status as a key retail destination in the region.
